What You’ll Need: * A tennis ball or baseball * A smooth, solid wall * Marking tape to mark your standing line * A stopwatch (optional) Before you start, make sure you’re feeling well and warmed up. It’s important to do a few practice throws to get comfortable. Here’s How to Do the Test: 1. Mark a line on the ground about 2 meters (or 3 feet) from the wall. 2. Stand behind the line facing the wall. 3. Throw the ball underarm with one hand against the wall. 4. Catch the ball with your opposite hand. 5. Then throw the ball back underarm with that catching hand, and catch it with the initial hand. 6. Keep alternating throws and catches like this for 30 seconds. Try to catch as many throws as you can during that time. When you’re finished, count how many successful catches you made. This number will tell you how well your hand-eye coordination is working. Now, give it a try! Remember to stay behind the line, keep your throws underarm, and focus on catching with the opposite hand. Good luck!
