Jump rope - This is an activity/exercise wherein you need to jump over the rope that's swung over and under your body.
Basic jump - Spring with both feet.
Hop - Spring on one foot
Bell jump - Jump and land forward and back
Skier jump - Jump and land side by side
Boxer step - Alternately switching body weight to each leg. Landing on one foot and the other foot touch the floor.
High knees - Alternately raising knees in front of the body
Heel-toe - Hop twice on one foot. The other foot do the heel-toe movement
Side straddle - Close and open movement of the feet
Front straddle - Front and back movement of the feet
Butt kick - Alternately (L & R) extend lower legs at the back
Twist - Jump and twist from the hips
Criss cross - Cross the arms in front of the body.
